Grace Al Zoughbi explores the doctrine of the imago Dei and its implications for women's dignity, identity, and participation within Middle Eastern contexts. Drawing on scripture, theology, and lived experience, she challenges both conceptual and cultural traditions that have diminished women, arguing for their equal bearing of God's image and vital roles and visibility. By examining biblical foundations, New Testament interpretations, and comparative perspectives on veiling and gender, Grace Al Zoughbi invites the church to affirm and re-envision the shared human dignity and value of women, particularly women in the Middle East.
