A massive setup involving 170 crew members was built, including a motorized fan system to maintain consistent movement across all hanging bodies. Every person had to be carefully lifted and controlled, with 4-5 crew members managing a single actor during the shot. But the real challenge was physical, being upside down caused blood flow to rush toward the head, leading to swollen faces, pressure in the eyes, and even vomiting for some performers. Despite this, the team pushed through to achieve a level of realism rarely seen on screen.
