Description
Some seasons are about results. Others are about becoming something more. Blueprint to Success, the Just Getting Started full-length documentary, follows Norco Race Division through a 2025 World Cup season where momentum and belief turned into real, repeatable speed. After laying the groundwork in their first year, the team arrived with clarity, confidence, and a clear sense of purpose.
From the opening rounds, Norco riders pushed into the sharp end of the field. Gracey Hemstreet continued her rise with the kind of composure and pace that defines championship contenders, delivering standout performances and three World Cup wins. Gracey finished an incredible second overall after a neck-and-neck battle with Vali Holl all season for the top spot. Lina Frener stepped confidently into the intensity of World Cup racing with multiple podiums, a World Cup Win, times that put her in contention even against Elite Women’s times, and the fearlessness that marks a rider on the rise. Erice van Leuven ended the season with a wealth of mental resilience built through overcoming injuries, ready to apply her wisdom and strength for the 2026 season.
On the men’s side, experience and persistence shaped the year. Danny Hart raced 122 World Cups by the end of the season, bringing his trademark commitment and depth to the program. Giving his all every second on the bike, just like he’s done through his whole career. Bodhi Kuhn steadily built momentum, with learning moments translating into consistency and progress as the season unfolded. Lucas Cruz, building throughout the year, was the backbone of the team. Inspiring everyone with his comeback and mental strength, pushing through crashes and making his goal of being part of every race. He will be moving on from the Norco Race Division, starting a new chapter on the Norco ambassador program. We are excited for him as he makes moves and follows his path.
The calendar delivered its share of tests, with brutal margins, new tracks, and the pressure of the World Cup stage. The team took to heart its successes and lessons learned. By season’s end, the transformation was clear: Norco Race Division was tighter, more confident, and firmly established among the world’s best. The full-length doc tells the overall story of the season, carrying us into 2026 with the fire to take it to the next level. Because after a year like this, one thing is certain. This team is going places.
