WATCH: Catherine Gracious Visit to Children's Hospital In London

The Princess of Wales visits Evelina London Children’s Hospital in London, where she has been Patron since 2018, to hear more about the hospital’s plans to expand specialist care for children and families. During the visit, Her Royal Highness tours Edward Ward, a new children’s cardiac ward, and Galaxy Ward, a new outpatient unit supporting young patients with heart conditions. She will also meet teams involved in planning the future Children’s Cancer Principal Treatment Centre, which will bring together expertise from Evelina London, The Royal Marsden, St George’s and UCLH. The visit highlights Evelina London’s vision to become one of London’s most comprehensive and integrated children’s hospitals, with a new building planned for the early 2030s and a major £100 million fundraising effort underway.
