Oklahoma City Police released footage of a man throwing a Molotov cocktail at a person in a wheelchair before pushing him into the flames outside the city Police Department headquarters on July 2. The suspect was arrested and charged with multiple felonies, including assault with intent to kill. The victim sustained minor injuries.
