City Garden Grand Hotel in Makati staycation and New Year in BGC 2025 Philippines

We stayed once again at City Garden Grand Hotel, our home base in Makati— 📍 8008 Makati Ave., corner Kalayaan Ave., Makati City. There’s a reason we always come back. Mornings at Spice Café never fail us—the buffet spread is satisfying, and the coffee, made by their in-house barista, is consistently excellent. It sets the tone for the day in the best way. New Year’s Eve took us to BGC, Taguig, where around 166,000 people gathered for the countdown. We watched SB19 light up the stage, and in the middle of all that energy, we even met apl.de.ap of the Black Eyed Peas—one of those unexpected moments you don’t plan for but end up remembering. On the way back, we saw Pablo, Josh, Stell, and Justin of SB19 inside Shangri-La Hotel. No videos this time. Just a simple hello. Josh waved back—and that was enough. Ending the year like this felt complete. Full of gratitude, moments, and grace. Thank You, Jesus Christ, for an amazing year. 🙏✨
