Gunta Ponganalu - Tomato Chutney Ingredients:- Leftover Dosa / Idly Batter - 1 cup Cumin - 1/2 tsp Ginger- 1 tsp Coriander leaves- 1 tsp Green chillies - 1 tsp Curry leaves- 2 sprigs Hing - Pinch Maida - 2 tb spn Onion - 2 tb spn Salt - To Taste Oil - For Deep Fry Tomato Chutney:- Tomatoes- 300g Urad Dal - 1 tb spn Garlic cloves- 10 Curry leaves- 2 sprigs Ginger - 1 inch Tamarind - small lemon size Green chilies- 7 Onion - 1 Salt - To Taste Oil - 1 tb spn Method :- Saute all the above ingredients in oil & let them cool. Grind into a coarse paste Deep fry Bondas in medium hot oil till golden brown colour & serve it spicy tomato chutney
