First things first: no supplement will ever replace hard work. If you are skipping sessions or your boxing technique is off, save your money and fix your training first. But if you are putting in the work and learning how to box, these are the supplements that can help you get more out of your sessions.
The 5 Most Effective Supplements for Boxers:
Caffeine: Blocks fatigue signals and improves reaction time. You do not need expensive pre workouts; black coffee works well. Take 3 to 6 mg per kilo of body weight 30 to 60 minutes before training.
Protein: Essential for repairing muscle fibers after hard sparring or heavy bag work. Aim for 1.6 to 2.2 grams per kilo of your body weight every day. Food always comes first (chicken, tuna, eggs), but supplements are useful post training or workout.
