500 grams Pilmico bread flour
220ml lukewarm milk
1 tsps salt
1 tbsp instant dry yeast
2 eggs medium size( room temp)
100 grams bake and cook butter room temp
filling
3/4 cup brown sugar
2-4 tbsp cinnamon powder
100 grams room temp butter
creamcheese topping
125 grams room temp creamcheese (philadelphia)
1 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4-6 tbsp cream
extra flour if needed
Prepare the Dough
1. Activate yeast (optional but recommended)
