This morning, Javid Abdelmoneim, Doctors Without Borders International President, provided an urgent update to the #UnitedNations Security Council on the #humanitarian #crisis in Democratic Republic of Congo (#DRC). Despite recent peace agreements, our teams continue to witness staggering levels of violence, displacement and deprivation in the Kivus and Ituri. Health systems are collapsing.
