GOP slams Trump over his racist Obama post

"John," a Republican caller from New Mexico, sharply criticized President Trump for his racist post on Truth Social depicting former President Obama and first lady Michelle Obama as monkeys.   "I voted for the president, supported him, but I really want to apologize," he told C-SPAN's morning call-in program, Washington Journal, on Friday. "I'm looking at this awful picture of the Obamas.
