Needlefish & Vegetable Mixed Curry | কাকালি মাছের দারুন রেসিপি | 30KG Kakali Fish Cooking

Today our beloved ladies of AroundMeBD from Youtube Village cooked a delicious fish curry using 30 KG small needlefish, locally called "Kakali Mach" (কাকালি মাছ). 🐟🍛 They began by cutting and cleaning heaps of needlefish, a favorite among villagers. Then they prepared fresh vegetables like potato (আলু), sweet pumpkin (মিষ্টি কুমড়ো), brinjal (বেগুন), and taro root (কচু)। Everything was cleaned with fresh drinking water and then mixed with flavorful traditional spices. They cooked the Kakali fish and vegetables together in huge pots using a village-style gravy method. After 30 minutes of simmering, the spicy and aromatic fish curry was ready!
