Description
While wallabies around the house are common, having them right here is a new one. She knew I was there and close but she didn't care. She had grass to eat. I tried to go past her at as much distance as I could but she moved away. Nor far. I don't; like to disturb them but if I'm going to get any work done...
I talk a lot when I see wallabies or roos so they know where I am and can track me. That way they know I'm not sneaking up on them. I think it helps build trust. You feel a bit stupid talking nonsense but you get over it. Narrating my actions is one of my go-to moves for wallaby conversation.
