A state-run news agency linked to the Iranian military has disclosed details of this proposed draft. It states that Iran's ballistic missile program will not be part of any agreement; this implies that Iran could threaten others with its ballistic missiles at will—a concern that had previously led Netanyahu to demand that Iran limit its missile range to just 200–400 kilometers. According to the Iranian news agency, the US is focusing primarily on Iran's nuclear program and economic issues, with the possibility of granting Iran sanctions relief. While the Iranian news agency has outlined 14 points included in the draft agreement, US officials have not confirmed them. Under this draft, hostilities would cease immediately on all fronts, including in Lebanon. The US would respect Iran's sovereignty and refrain from interfering in its internal affairs. Maritime blockades would be completely lifted within 30 days, US forces would withdraw from the vicinity of Iran, and the Strait of Hormuz would be opened in coordination with Iran.
