Description
I built a 40 FT long simple beam bridge across the creek for a difficult obstacle for my Radio Control truck. Its very creaky,, heh. It sways and it is suspended over rocks and flowing water below. Thing is, when I first built it - it was TOO EASY. Now, I have to increase the difficulty, and fine tune it to kick me off of the bridge MOST of the time. I want this to improve my skills, and be very hard - yet doable if one practices and learns the secrets of the bridge. This is a scale chasm.. of about 300FT (ratio of 1/10) and my truck weighs 8lbs. I give the truck a trial run, then I start adding obstacles to the bridge to ensure that I get kicked off if Im not paying attention. For those wondering, I am driving a Traxxas TRX4 High Trail 1979 Ford F350 Ranger trail truck with a few modifications - like the heavy wheels and Interco Super Swamper Tires.
