Volvo XC90 | The Iconic SUV

The XC90 is a Volvo icon, but until recently, it looked set to be replaced by the all-electric EX90, only for a reality check on the part of European legislators to hand it a new lease of life. Volvo is still pushing the electrification agenda, with the EX9 and the range-topping plug-in hybrid T8 version of the XC90 – but we reckon the mild hybrid B5 is the pick; it is loaded with spec and costs close to $50K less than the T8. So, when it comes to family SUVs, this makes the 2025 XC90 the best of the best.
