Swap your usual coffee for a simple, delightful dessert—comforting flavors to recharge your afternoon. ☕🍮​ Preheat the LG NeoChef™ convection oven to 180°C / 355°F and bake the cookie cups for 15 minutes. ​ ​ Whipped butter cookie cups with matcha and chocolate, chilled in the LG MoodUP™ refrigerator, baked in the LG NeoChef™, then filled with espresso and creamy toppings. For red velvet dough, mix in red food coloring and dark chocolate chips.​ Ingredients:​ * 230g cake flour​ * 100g unsalted butter (room temperature)​ * 14g matcha powder​ * 80g sugar​ * 1 egg​ * 100g dark chocolate​ * 12 paper cups​ * Espresso shots​ * Whipped cream​ * Marshmallows, chocolate chips​ Instructions:​ 1. Whip butter until smooth; add sugar and egg, mixing until fully combined after each addition.​ 2. Add matcha powder and mix; press the cookie dough into paper cups to form cup shapes. Chill in the LG MoodUP™ refrigerator for 30 minutes.​ 3. Preheat the LG NeoChef™ convection oven to 180°C / 355°F and bake the cookie cups for 15 minutes.​ 4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth; coat the inside of the cookie cups with the melted chocolate.​ 5.
