There is a dangerous misconception that clothing made of "natural fibers" isn't a threat to wildlife. This is absolute rubbish. Textiles take years to degrade, far more time than an entangled animal has left to live. Every item we lose or discard has a consequence. It’s time we take responsibility for our belongings, choosing to preserve what we have rather than feeding the ever-growing heap of global rubbish.
