The Province of British Columbia, Canada does not acknowledge a person with only 1 somewhat functioning eye with a 13% vision ratio to be permantly disabled. There is no cure for Glaucoma, and while most people with Glaucoma can retain their eyesight through out life, not everyone is as lucky and will eventually go completely blind because of Glaucoma. There are reasons why people have late stage Glaucoma, and for a government to suggest being legally blind with no prospect to get better is not a long term disability, is discriminatory against the person who is blind. I have to lose 13% of what little vision I have left in only 1 eye, before I would qualify to be diisabled. Government has only given gang stalkers more power to continue to threaten, intimidate, and make unreasonable demands on me that are abusive in nature, so that I go blind faster due to stress in all its forms.
