*5 MINUTE* MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE PUDDING #shorts

Episode 9 of MICROWAVE MAGIC✨a series where I make your favourite desserts at home only in a microwave 🙌🏻Monday dessert calls for something rich, chocolatey and absolutely delicious 🍫This Chocolate Biscuit Pudding deserves a top spot on your list as it gets ready in 5 minutes and maybe even a second serving💁🏻‍♂️ Ingredients: 1 cup milk 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1/4 cup cream 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsp sugar 1/4 cup water + 1 tbsp instant coffee powder 8 digestive biscuits Method 1. In a bowl add chocolate and milk together. Microwave it for 30 secs until chocolate melts. 2. Now add cream, cornflour, cocoa powder, sugar and mix it well. 3. Microwave the batter for 2 mins until it becomes thick. 4. Now in a glass add 2 digestive biscuits and soak them with espresso shot then pour the batter on top of it. 5. Repeat the process again.
