Yay, no school today, altho this momma was up at 5 AM still, regardless 🤪 Are you like that as well? Isn't that annoying? For today's recipe, it's a traditional cake that is normally using rice flour. However, I felt like chewy texture instead soft (slight firm) texture, so I used glutinous rice. It's Banjarese cake called Amparan Tatak, often comes out only when it's Ramadan in Balikpapan 😊
1 can of coconut milk
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 ripe soft plantain (or Saba banana)
1 c glutinous rice flour
1/2 c flour
