Subscribe to Masala TV Recipes here: https://bit.ly/MasalaTV Watch Masaledar Ramadan on 20 Feb 2026 with Shireen Anwar as she prepares creamy Malai Tikka Rice Sizzler and sweet Strawberry Cream Shots, accompanied by soulful Naat by Syeda Aymen Hussaini—perfect for a festive Iftar. ✨ Show: Masaledar Ramadan 👩‍🍳 Host: Shireen Anwar 🎤 Naat Khuwan: Syeda Aymen Hussaini 📺 Channel: Masala TV 📌 RECIPES FEATURED MALAI TIKKA RICE SIZZLER Ingredients Chicken 500gm + 200 gm boiled with ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste Green chili paste 2 tsp White chicken masala 1 tbsp Cheese ½ cup Egg 1 + 1 Corn flour 4 tbsp Chopped garlic 2 tbsp Green chilies chopped 6 Boiled rice 3 cups Fresh cream ½ cup Spring onion finely chopped ½ cup Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp Onion cubes ½ cup Milk ½ cup Capsicum chopped into tiny cubes 1 METHOD FOR MALAI TIKKA Boil 200 gm chicken with salt, ginger garlic until done, shred and keep aside. In a bowl take 500 gm chicken cubes, marinate with salt, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, chicken white masala, yogurt, cheese, mix well add egg, corn flour, mix well and fry till golden brown. In a wok, heat oil, add chopped garlic, fry for a few mins, add 1 egg, scramble it, add boiled shredded chicken, green chili, chopped capsicum, boiled rice, mix it well, add spring onion and coriander leaves, keep aside. METHOD FOR SAUCE In a pan add ginger garlic, chopped green chilies, fry for few mins, add capsicum and onion cubes, cook for 2 mins, add fresh cream, milk, cheese, mix it well, cook till thick. TO ASSEMBLE: Heat sizzling plate, spread with cabbage leaves, top with rice, chicken pieces, pour sauce on the top, garnish with spring onion leaves.
