Huffman pays delivers barefoot tribute to Bob Weir

Rep. Jared Huffman (D-CA) gave a barefoot tribute to the late Grateful Dead guitarist and singer Bob Weir on the House floor Wednesday. Mr. Weir died last month at the age of 78 from cancer-related lung issues.   Rep. Huffman delivered his remarks barefoot — against the House’s dress code — as an homage to Mr. Weir, who was frequently barefoot and reportedly enjoyed running outdoors without socks or shoes.   “I think he would appreciate that,” Rep.
