MUD can SWALLOW a Vehicle | RC ADVENTURES

After a brutal transmission failure in our last outing, the Unibogger is back in action—fully repaired with a new spur gear and ready to prove itself. In today’s mud-soaked adventure, I deliberately buried the Trac-Crawler “Deere John” in a deep pit of Nova Scotia swamp soup. Why? To test the power, grip, and guts of the Unibogger. Sporting dually tires on all four axle stubs and a beefy winch, the Unibogger pulls Deere John to safety through heavy resistance. But just when the job’s done, the rescuer becomes the victim—sinking deep into the same pit of despair. Did it need help? Not a chance. With nothing but sheer torque and reverse gear, the Unibogger claws its way free, flinging mud and showing off its unstoppable drive. Afterwards, both rigs earned a creek bath—stripping off the perfect mud paint job and getting ready for the next mission. This is what RC off-road recovery is all about: power, planning, and plenty of mud.
