Available on Amazon India - https://amzn.to/47OVIn7 CELA Large Stainless Steel Cutting Board - https://amzn.to/4pSvhEf CELA 2 in 1 Glass Oil Sprayer and Dispenser Bottle - https://amzn.to/49t9aiY Ingredients for Chilli Fish Recipe: - Boneless fish fillets - 300-350 gms (Basa, Cod, Haddock,Sole or Catfish) For Marination: - Salt-1/2 tsp - White pepper powder- 1/2 tsp - Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp (use light soy sauce) - Egg white-1 - Fine chopped garlic-1 tsp - All purpose flour- 1.5 tbsp - Corn flour- 2 tbsp Tempering: - Garlic, fine chopped- 2 tsp - Ginger, fine chopped- 1 tsp - Green chillies sliced- 4 - Spring onion whites- 1 tbsp Sauces: - Oyster Sauce- 1 tbsp - Light Soy Sauce- 1 tbsp - Water- 2 tbsp Other Ingredients: - Red pepper, cut into petals- 90-100 gms - Green pepper, cut into petals-90-100 gms - Oil- 3 tbsp - pepper for seasoning-pinch - Corn slurry- 1 tsp corn flour/starch mixed with 4 tbsp water - Oil for deep frying - Oil - 2 tbsp - Spring onion greens- 2 tbsp Preparation: - Cut the fish fillets into thin flattish pieces. Marinate the pieces for around 30 mins. - Next deep fry the pieces for around 3-4 mins till golden brown. Remove and repeat for the rest. - Prepare the corn slurry and set aside. Remember to mix it one more time just before adding to the dish. Process: - Heat oil in a wok/pan and add the fine chopped ginger and garlic. Give a stir for 15 secs. - Add the spring onion whites and sliced green chillies and stir fry for a minute on high heat. - Now add the peppers, pinch of black pepper and stir fry for around 2 mins on medium heat - Add the sauces , mix and add the corn slurry. Add 2 tbsp water. - Cook it on medium heat for a minute and then add the fried fish pieces. - Mix and stir fry on high heat for 1-2 mins till it coats the fish pieces. - Garnish with spring greens and mix well.
