I’ll share survival tips from real experiences, like building a bushcraft shelter and living off wild game I harvested. One of the most rewarding moments was spending the night in a shelter I crafted myself, surviving off the land. Whether it’s ice fishing, camping in wood stove-heated wall tents, or simply embracing the winter elements, each adventure offers a new lesson in resilience. My new dog North is already proving to be an eager partner, though I’ll always remember my old dog Buck, who was with me on so many of these journeys. These trips aren’t just about the wilderness—they’re about family. I get to share these experiences with my loved ones, building fires and creating memories together in the snow. Adventure isn’t always about pushing limits solo; it’s about connection—with the land, the people you love, and the animals by your side.
