Today… I’m hosting the ultimate FLEXIBILITY showdown — Gymnasts vs. Contortionists! And this time, it’s a sister vs. sister battle 🔥 In one corner, we’ve got the incredible MMGymSisters — powerhouse gymnasts known for their strength and skill. And in the other, the ultra-bendy and insanely talented Rybka Twins — contortionist queens and viral YouTubers. Each pair will go head-to-head in a series of jaw-dropping flexibility challenges to prove which team truly rules the mat! From the tallest over split ever… to the fastest aerial race… to doing the most splits in 30 seconds — this challenge is wild from start to finish. The winning team gets to choose one insane flexibility pose for ME to attempt — and if I FAIL… I face a TERRIBLE punishment 😱 This is one of the most intense showdowns we’ve ever filmed — so make sure you watch ‘til the VERY end to see who bends, who breaks… and what I get stuck doing!
