Will this fix northern road safety?

After years of planning, work is finally getting started on a pilot project for a two-plus-one highway on a stretch of Highway 11 north of North Bay. We talk to Charles Cirtwill, the founding president and CEO of the Northern Policy Institute; and Maggie Horsfield, first vice-president of the Federation of Northern Ontario Municipalities and deputy mayor of North Bay, about why projects like this are vital for road safety - and how much still needs to be done in the region.
