Across the city, sustainable and circular practices are expanding through the efforts of local businesses, citizens, and other community members. This video highlights some of these practices, showcasing how community efforts are helping to shape a circular future. At the same time, Yokohama is strengthening global collaboration by hosting an international conference that brings together cities committed to building circular societies. At the conference hosted by Yokohama in November 2025, a new international framework was established for cities in Asia striving to become circular cities to share knowledge, experiences, and challenges.
