Description
Tapas or Tapasya means using our will power to overcome the laziness of the mind and push our internal boundaries. Whenever we do something good for us, physically, mentally, in relationships or work that is difficult and poses an internal resistance we are practising Tapas.
We don’t need to be in the Himalyas to practice Tapasya, we can overcome the limitations of our mind in our daily life. For some, practising fasting is Tapas while for others waking up early and going for a run is Tapas.
Start with any one thing. Stick to it, and watch your self-respect and inner strength grow.
We’re soon starting our next batch of Master Your Mind, a 3-day program designed to help you overcome anxiety, overthinking, and other mental blocks, while giving practical tools to tackle them one step at a time 🧠🌿
