OH NO! An E-Scooter Hits the Atto 3! 😬😬

An E-Scooter hit my wife's Atto 3 a few weeks ago. The rider seems OK, despite not wearing a helmet. Iris filed a police report online, but the police didn't seem that interested! Next was the insurance report, if blame was apportioned, we are still unaware of who they think was at fault. I'm pretty sure the guy was travelling more than the 10km / hr limit on the footpath, here in Western Australia, plus not wearing helmet, so two laws broken. Should e-scooters be licenced? Or at least have insurance? I think so! Anyway, it left Iris with a bit of damage and she had to pay an excess to get it fixed.
