Description
I’m thrilled to announce exciting news: my Guinness World Record attempt! While I travelled around Oz with my family, I dreamed up this crazy idea to swim over one hundred 25m DNF (dynamic no fins aka underwater breast stroke) laps in 1 hour. Is this even possible?! No woman has ever done it!
For over a decade I have been obsessed with DNF (Dynamic No Fins - aka underwater breast stroke). My search for perfection led me to reach out to top swimming coaches and top DNF athletes in the world. Over the years I’ve completed thousands of laps in the water and invested thousands of hours into land exercises in order to master my stroke.
So far, the journey has been challenging as I have been pushing my body and my mind to unknown territories. I’m not an endurance athlete by any means, but for this attempt I need to build strength, stamina and become the best buddies with the CO2 monster 👹
I invite you to be part of my journey as I grind through the daily training and explore my real and perceived limits. I’ll share my thoughts and unconventional training methods that may be beneficial for your own training.
Let’s do it!
