Sony has confirmed that they currently have no information on the release timelines for their upcoming PlayStation 6 consoles due to memory pressures. This uncertainty also affects the pricing of the console, with sony currently admitting that they will need to adopt a wait and see approach. The original release date for the PS6 was rumored to be targeting 2027, so a delay might see the PS6 (and the handheld playstation 6) not launch until 2028 or even later. This is on top of rumors and mumblings that because the supply chains are so tight, sony could cut the specs of the PS6 memory. Also, AMD has finally done it! FSR 4 is confirmed for release for both RDNA 2 and 3 gpus, using int 8. AMD owners who wanted to use FSR4 had to previously use optiscaler, so this will be the official support for the graphics cards. RDNA 3 owners get the support later this year, but early next year for RDNA 2.
