This is incredible!

I want to say around 4/5 years ago, before I became the face of Pantene I had a massive chat with my friend Sam about how frustrated we were that we’d always use Fabric Softener instead of Detergent and get really confused every time we did the washing or even tried to do something on our own with everyday products that everyone uses. It makes you feel so isolated. It’s really lovely that her dream and my dream has finally become a reality and it makes me emotional that with just a quick touch I know what I’m holding as quickly as a sighted person does. This was one of the big inspirations behind the tactile language of @E@EtiaLondonI can’t wait to see where this space develops as there’s lots of brilliant minds on this!
