Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has detected 199 allegedly forged test reports submitted by a Hyderabad-based supplier, TEC Aero Devices, linked to components supplied for the Tejas Mk1A aircraft. HAL has filed a complaint and initiated legal action against the company. The investigation revealed that the forged reports covered several quality tests, including tensile strength, hardness, non-destructive testing (NDT), and other critical parameters.
