Hello ji, Welcome to Episode 2 of Taiwan series. In this episode, I go back to the mountains with a new petrol scooter, heading back to the highest road of Taiwan. I stay one night in a hot spring hotel and then take some scenic detours before reaching Wuling at 3275m. From here, the road to East Coast of Taiwan is difficult as I face bad weather conditions along with some road blocks. At the end, a minor crash also makes the journey challenging, but eventually I make it to Hualien on the east coast.
