Singer Britney Spears arrested in California Arrest details on Ventura County Sheriff's website say the singer was arrested at 9:28pm on March 4, and booked five and a half hours later at 3 am on March 5. The singer was released at 6 am that morning and a court date has been set at Ventura County Superior Court for May 4.
