This is a set of quick connector lock nut injection mold. This lock nut has a female thread and an inward groove at the small end. This set of lock nut injection mold structure consists of two parts: a collapsible core mechanism and an automatic unscrewing thread mechanism. According to the parting surface, the foldable core mechanism is placed on the fixed mold side. The automatic thread removal mechanism is placed on the movable mold side. Collapsible core mechanism: Through the delay and pull rod mechanism, the foldable core is retracted inward in two steps.
