From the top, you can admire over 30 peaks higher than 3,000 meters, with spectacular views stretching from the mighty Grossglockner, across the Kitzsteinhorn glacier, and all the way to the Wilder Kaiser mountains in Tyrol. The Schmittenhöhebahn operates from May to October and is one of the most popular attractions in Zell am See. At the summit, visitors can also explore the charming Sissi Chapel and a small exhibition showcasing the 90-year history of Schmittenhöhe.
