Easy recipe, for a delicious meal 😍 Boys like it not just for at home, but also when I wrap them in tortilla for lunch at school 😊 1/2 kg ground chicken 2 tbsp unsalted butter 1 Shallot 3 garlic 1 can sweet corn kernel 2 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp sweet paprika powder 1 tsp ground coriander Chicken bouillon powder 1 1/4 c red kidney beans Cooked rice, enough for 6 servings 1 bunch cilantro 1 bunch green onion 1-2 large red bell pepper Cumin powder to taste Chicken bouillon powder to taste Lemon juice to taste
