Judge, professor and environmental hero Brian Preston reflects on finding the path to law

As chief judge of the NSW Land and Environment Court, Brian Preston made Australian legal history by blocking the construction of a new coal mine in the Hunter Valley because of it's impact on global warming. He is also the author of Australia's first book on environmental litigation. Here, he tells host Sandra Odorisio it all started when he was among the first students to graduate from the newly-established Macquarie Law School.
