Interviewer: Which films are you currently working on? Ayesha Takia: "I've just completed Yun Hota Toh Kya Hota, directed by Naseeruddin Shah. It's a crossover film with more English than Hindi, and it deals with a very serious subject. I have also signed a film with my first director, Imtiaz Ali, who directed Socha Na Tha. The film is called Geet. And just recently, I signed Shaadi Se Pehle, directed by Satish Kaushik. Whenever I'm offered a film, I choose projects based on what genuinely appeals to me. Satish Kaushik narrated the script of Shaadi Se Pehle to me, and I immediately loved it. It's a very emotional story with a wonderful role for the female lead. I knew I wanted to be part of the film whenever it went into production.
