This is the level of accountability all companies should strive for. Every business will eventually mess up, but integrity is defined by how you handle those failures. While I don't take any company's word at face value, the fact that in 2024-2025 I was seeing more of their PCs coming into my shop for upgrades instead of repairs proves their changes have actually stuck. In 2026, that level of honesty is rare. This experience was a massive eye-opener that gave me a new appreciation for the complexity of what System Integrators actually do. I respect iBUYPOWER for being transparent and taking accountability without relying on excuses. That doesn't mean they get a free pass for dropping the ball, but unless a company is intentionally anti-consumer or gaslighting their customers, they deserve a chance to redeem themselves. After vetting their process from start to finish, I can confidently say they’ve done exactly that.
