Cranberry Lemon Cookies -- Tart, Sweet & Perfect For Holidays

Happy Sunday! On Friday we had ZERO degrees, it was a shock. The next day though, Saturday, it dipped to -10 C, and guess what's happening for today? Snowing 🫣 Mother nature is funny sometimes. To top that, I started planting my seeds last night. The warm spell really pushed me, and once I got some eager to do it (gardening, planting, and whatnot), for sure Winter say "boo! I'm back" 🤣 Anyhoo! Here is one of my favorite cookies.
