Description
Every episode of TWiT's Windows Weekly podcast ends in a brown liquor pick of the week. In this clip from episode 974, Richard Campbell is back home in Canada and therefore chooses some Canadian whisky to display. The fiercely independent Highwood Distillers was founded in 1974 and was originally named the Sunnyvale upon inception. The company purchased Potter's Distillery in 2005, and was itself acquired by Caldera Distilling Inc. in 2022. Their Centennial drink even won bronze at the 2024 Canadian Whisky Awards!
