Add the cane sugar, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Bring to a boil and cook for about 2mins 3. Carefully transfer to a glass jar (about 3"x5") and allow it to cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours and enjoy for up to 3-4 weeks
