INGREDIENTS:
175g broccoli stalks (peeled)
3 tbsp cane sugar
1 tsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup rice vinegar
DIRECTIONS:
1. Use a vegetable peeler to remove the thick outer layer of the broccoli stalks. Then, chop the stalks into small bite sized pieces and add to a small saucepan
2. Add the cane sugar, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Bring to a boil and cook for about 2mins
3. Carefully transfer to a glass jar (about 3"x5") and allow it to cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours and enjoy for up to 3-4 weeks
