We’re working with supersets throughout:
50 seconds work → 10 seconds transition → 50 seconds work → 30 seconds rest
Each set is performed twice before moving on, keeping the intensity high and the flow seamless🔥
- Circuit 1 focuses on lower body strength: control, stability, and that deep burn in legs & glutes 🍑
- Circuit 2 shifts into full body work: combining strength and conditioning to improve overall fitness, endurance, and athletic performance 💥
It’s efficient, it’s challenging, and it’s built to make you feel strong in and outside the gym.
