This might be the best high-protein banana bread I've made! Save this for later you’re gonna want it again. High-Protein Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread Wet Ingredients: 3 ripe bananas (mashed) 2 eggs 1/4 cup milk 1/3 cup coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup sweetener Dry Ingredients: 2 scoops of Transparent Labs Cinnamon French Toast protein powder 1 cup flour 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking soda Pinch of salt Extras: Chocolate chips Cinnamon (for topping + swirl) 1 TBSP Brown sugar (for swirl) - I used Brown Coconut Sugar Instructions: Mash bananas, then mix in all wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips and pour most of the batter into your pan (save a little). Sprinkle cinnamon + extra chocolate chips on top. Mix remaining batter with extra cinnamon + a little brown sugar. Pour on top and swirl with a spoon. Finish with more cinnamon. Air fry at 20–30 minutes until soft and fluffy. Protein Icing (don’t skip this) 1 scoop protein powder 1 tsp cinnamon Pinch of brown sugar Mix together + drizzle on top
