Hunting Armadillos for Dinner: Survival Cooking in the Wild (Start-to-Finish)

In our survival challenge, we seek out the 9-banded armadillo which is very abundant in Texas. We manage to sneak up on one with a catch net, but I miss and it runs away. It is very hard to catch armadillo, but we do eventually managed to do so. We prepare the armadillo by cooking it in a stew, bushcraft style. We couple the stew with corn cakes made fresh on site.
