Resource Assistance for Youth executive director Kate Sjoberg says when it comes to addressing addiction in Winnipeg, expanded policing could do more harm than good. Sjoberg, whose non-profit provides addiction services and resources for people age 15 to 29, tells host Marcy Markusa the city desperately needs more social supports to address the root causes of addiction.
